These Terms of Use govern your use of the Poach website and any trial or evaluation experience made available through it.
Using Poach
You may use Poach only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, contractual obligations, and the rights of candidates, clients, employees, and other individuals whose information you process.
Trials and accounts
Trial access may be limited in duration, functionality, or capacity. We may modify or discontinue a trial, request additional information to verify an account, or decline access where necessary for security, compliance, or operational reasons.
Pricing
Published pricing is stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. The current standard price shown on the website is $180 per month for one domain and one user, plus $99 per month for each additional user. Annual billing receives a 15% discount. Final commercial terms, taxes, payment timing, and any implementation or migration scope may be confirmed during onboarding.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you provide to Poach, for maintaining appropriate account access controls, and for ensuring your recruiting, outreach, communications, and data-processing activities comply with applicable law and your own policies.
Integrations and third-party services
Poach may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services remains subject to the applicable third-party terms and availability. Integrations may change over time and some may require separate accounts, permissions, or fees.
Data migration
Where migration assistance is offered, scope and feasibility depend on the source system, data quality, export formats, permissions, and technical constraints. We will review migration requirements before confirming a migration plan.
Intellectual property
Poach, Hawkeye, the website, software, branding, interfaces, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly authorized, you may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, add, or remove features as the product evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or trial environment.
Disclaimers and limitation
The website and trial are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Poach does not guarantee recruiting outcomes, candidate responses, placements, or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poach will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or trial.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product and commercial offering evolve. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
